The look of the logotype and the subtitle are based on the idea of a hovering building, graphic elements corresponds with and create the illusion of an air-cushioned building and emphasize the dualism of the object. Therefore, the title of the building project -- Avenium -- also looks like it is hovering above the subtitle AiResidence. The profiling colours -- blue and grey tones -- were chosen with emphasis on elegance and airiness.
